Gift Guide For Him...

Wednesday, 16 December 2015

Following on with the gift guide theme from my last post, I thought I would put together a little gift guide for the boys. Sometimes shopping for girls can be such an easy task if you like the same things but you can't go and buy a boy a lipstick can you so it can be a little bit more on the tricky side, I know this from personal experience, my boyfriend is the hardest person to buy for in the world!

First up are Candles. This can be a little bit of a hit and miss gift idea to be honest, not all men like candles, my boyfriend isn't a massive fan of them at all but he doesn't mind the more manly a sent. At the moment he's loving the Shearer Amber Noir Candle, it's only about £8 and it smells amazing, it also has such nice packaging.

If the man in your life is a bit of a gamer like mine a Game would be a perfect idea! My boyfriend is a Playstation lover and sometimes I have to peel him away from the TV so he can interact with other humans. At the moment he's obsessed with FIFA 16, he loves football so this would be a perfect addition to his gaming collection if he likes footie too, although they can be a little pricy.

Next up we have Drinking Games. My boyfriend and I love to pre drink when we're going out but its no fun unless you have a fun game to play! At the moment the best game ever is Cards Against Humanity, it's a rude hilarious drinking game you all have to play! It's about £20 and you get 550 cards, you can get a UK version and a US version.

One of the more luxury items in this guide are Watches. A watch is always something really nice to give your loved one, either as one of their little presents or a more expensive one as their main present. Last year I treated my man to a Casio Leather Strap Watch, he loves it and it goes with so many outfits, it was about £40 so for an addition to his stocking it was perfect.

If the man in your life decided to grow a beard this year like mine did getting some Beauty Products would be a perfect idea. I treated my boyfriend to Lush's Kalamazoo earlier this year and he loves it. It makes his beard so soft and not scratchy which it used to be, it also makes his skin super soft too, it's the perfect addition to his skin routine and for only £7 it's so affordable.

I think that all men love a good Aftershave. It's the same with women they have their specific sent but I know that my boyfriend loves to mix it up so finding a good sent is always easy as I know he will love it. This year I've bought him David Beckham Instinct which smells like heaven, luckily he rarely reads my blog so I can tell you guys. It's a really good priced aftershave the smaller size is only £9.99.

Last but not least we have the most basic of stocking fillers, Boxers. Every man likes to get something they really need, just because they won't have to buy it for themselves. Last year I went for these Supply and Demand Boxer Shorts, which unfortunately they don't sell anymore as I bought from Bank, which has now gone bust, but any boxers would be a perfect stocking fillers, I just like the patterned ones though.
What are you buying the men in your life this year?
xoxo
