Chocolate and Almond Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls are literally my favourite thing to eat for breakfast and a really good way to get your 5 a day! This is my favourite one that I make so I thought I would I would share it with you all, it's so easy to make and its literally so amazing!

Ingredients:

  • Cacao Powder- 1 tsp
  • Medjool Dates- 2
  • Banana- 1 large
  • Spinach- 1 small handful
  • Almond Butter- 1 1/2 tsp
  • Rasberries- about 5 
  • Almond Milk- about 1 cup
Method:
  1. Literally just throw it all in a blender until its smooth, i would say leave it for about 5 minutes just to be on the safe side.
  2. Put it in a bowl with a little bit of coconut sugar and whatever topping you like, i used a strawberry.
Its that easy and keeps you full up for so long!
