Pitta Pizza

This is literally my favourite recipe ever and it's HEALTHY! This is the perfect thing if you've been dieting for what feels like an eternity and you just crave a bit of pizza hut or dominos, it's also much cheaper than a take away.

Recipe (based on one person):
  • Wholemeal pitta bread- 2 slices
  • Tomato pureé/ pizza sauce- 1 tbsp
  • Mozzarella pearls- 5 balls
  • Toppings- use whatever you like i used spinach, onion, mushrooms and a tiny bit of bbq sauce

Method:
  • Pre heat oven/grill to 200°
  • On the Pitta bread spread the tomato pureé evenly over
  • Add the mozzarella pearls on top, you can rip them up so they're evenly spread, but i find they melt enough anyway
  • Add your toppings evenly
  • Cook for about 10-15 mins or until the mozzarella is brown and crispy

Its really that easy and it is sooooooo tasty, you can thank me later ;).
